Production Update

I am very pleased to say that production is complete and I have received the production samples for approval...

and...

I approve. 

I am very happy with the final product , in fact I am over the moon. The leather covers and embossing are very nice indeed, the embossing is really really nice. 

The change to an off white paper internally has made all the difference and the Limited Edition hard cover slipcase has been enhanced with a clothe exterior and foil stamped logos and elder signs. It is just all very nice. 

I hope you are as pleased with the journals as I am. 

Next up, delivery. 

I am told that it will take approximately 25 days for delivery to us here in Australia. I will then get them out to you in Kickstarter land all over the world. That means a delivery date of October.

Happy Birthday Update

Hello everyone.

Fun fact. Not only is it HPs birthday today but it is also mine. So happy birthday and to celebrate, here is an update.

We’ve traveled the world recently while printing has been happening.

What was supposed to happen was that there was supposed to be a big stash of journals to send you when I returned from the UK.

What has happened is a delay in printing and I thought you should really know, just in case you are sat waiting for the postman.

The new new delivery date is now ,(fingers crossed), early October. I’m doing what I can to push this along.

The good news is that we met with Mike Mason while in the UK and he was super happy with the pre production sample of the Masks Journal.

I look forward to giving you more updates in the coming days now that I’m back in Australia.

You are all wonderful and thank you very much for being patient backers.

A quick production update for everyone. 

Hi everyone, hope you are all well. Did you back the huge CMON Death May Die game? We did! I want that huge Cthulhu Statue.

We've been very busy here and have some good news for you. After a problem with a supplier who couldn't quite hit the mark for us, we have found a new source and are just waiting on a full sample of their embossing and leather. We are very confident that they have the goods. 

So , minor delay but nothing we can't handle. 

In other news, we are going to the UK at the end of July which may impact on delivery, but not in a major way. Its not like we will be sending your journals out in April 2020 or something. All being well August should still be ok but we might stagger delivery into the first half of September. 

We are super excited to pack all those pieces of HPLHS ephemera in those journals and hear your comments about the artwork in the Flora and Fauna journals.

Also, who bought the Masks PDF from Chaosium? You really should if you haven't already. IT'S AMAZING!

Anyway, in summary, possible small delay, nothing bad, supplier change and upgrade in leather.

On track, on target and on time - what have we been doing?

Hello everyone out there in Kickstarter land.

Here is a quick update to let you all know where we are at and what we have been doing. As the title says, everything is on track, no issues, yet. Fingers crossed. 

All the journals will go to print very soon. As in this week or the next soon. That puts us on time for the scheduled August delivery. Exciting. 

What is also exciting that you may have seen, is the 2018 release of Masks of Nyarlathotep from Chaosium. We can not wait! What about you?

Will you be playing your campaign and using your journal to document your progress?

Other news updates - kicking it up a notch.

HPLHS Printed Ephemera

We have decided to "upgrade" everything we are doing in every way we can. Here's what that means.

All of the HPLHS physical ephemera has been printed and is ready to go. We have had everything printed on HPLHS recommended paper/card stock and then also had it all professionally die cut by the printer to give as authentic a look and feel as possible.  We are very pleased with the results.

Each journal will have a couple of pieces neatly tucked inside for you to discover. Those people at the HPLHS are so clever. 

 Fountain Pens

After testing a bunch of fountain pens, well five actually, we chose a custom made Jinhao x450 with a little surprise on it. It was about double the cost of our estimate but well worth it when compared to the rest. We did plenty of research too and will be sending out some fountain pen basics with your pen for those who are new to writing with them . The weight is beautiful and it puts ink down so so smooth. 

Colour Print

Seth Laster has created a beautiful piece of art and we have been asked that when we ship that it not be rolled up. So we are working out the best way to get these to you undamaged and flat. That might mean we even send them separately. They have all been printed on high quality paper and are ready to go. Check the image with a shot of the Postcard as well. 

So , to recap. Everything is on target. Lots has already been done and we will keep plugging away behind the scenes here. 

No SAN loss so far...

Survey Extension - Survey lock down on 28th May 2018

Chevron 7 is locking

The response from everyone has been amazing , thank you all for being so quick.

We are at 92% survey response rate and are going to lock them down on May 28th. We wanted to give the last few people a little extra time before we call it. 

This means that, after the lock down, you won't be able to change your pledge levels or make any additional purchases from the available add ons. 

You can still change your shipping address though and will be able to right up until we ship out.
