In other news, we will be at PAXAUS this weekend with Chaosium doing fun convention things, like spending too much money on expensive convention food, standing up for 12 hours at a time and exhausting ourselves and calling it fun. 🤣

I am pleased to let you know that we have received all the journals and have started to process of picking and packing.
Delivery during October has a probability approaching 1. (For those of you less interested in probability, (yes probability IS cool), it means almost certain.)
You will be sent an email just after this asking you to update your shipping address if there has been a change, then all addresses will be locked at the end of the week
My days and nights are now occupied with picking and packing, sorting and sending. Plus some making of artefacts for the HPLHS, because those guys are also cool.
So, good news. Let me get back to work, I will have your wonderful journals with you super soon and you can start documenting your campaign and all the delicious horror your Keeper subjects you to.

TLDNR: Ship full of journals arrives in Melbourne. Type40 waits anxiously for them to clear customs to send to waiting backers.
Hi everyone, thanks for your messages and excitement about the impending doom, I mean delivery of the journals. It is super.
Your journal is on this ship. Can you spot it? Extreme Spot Hidden success required.
I did a Library Search roll and found this eldritch clue about the Xin Chi Wan's whereabouts.
The eagle eyed amongst you may notice that the ship hit Melbourne at 4am on the 3rd October. With some investigation I found out that the date is in the past.
So, where are the journals?
Apparently I have to wait for customs to make sure there are ;
A: no cultists in the shipping containers
B: no illegal mythos artifacts
C: my forwarder to unload them, process them and then deliver them to me.
WHAT A DRAG!
I have resisted the urge to take my crew to the docks and "release" the journals myself. This leaves me with only one course of action. To await their delivery at TYPE40 headquarters.
Will we get them out to you in October? I would say certainly yes. Provided nothing goes wrong. OMG what have I done, now I have jinxed it.
We are at the mercy of the oceans, well Australian Customs actually, but the oceans sounds much more dramatic.
